We want you to feel amazing in your Hell Bunny outfit, but if it's not a perfect fit, you can return any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are free from makeup, perfume, or pet hair to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
